Quality politics MICROTEST
The Management of MICROTEST S.A. undertakes to establish a Quality Policy for the entire organization.
In collaboration with the Quality Management and Control Department, the General Shareholders’ Meeting of MICROTEST S.A. establishes the following points as Company Policy, committing to make it known and implement it in the entire Staff.
To this end, it establishes its Quality Management System based on the following principles:
- Seek the efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement that the market requires, through the implementation, maintenance and conservation of a Management System, which meets the requirements of the international standards UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 17025, compliance with the current legal and regulatory requirements that apply to the company.
- Provide products and services (technical and calibration) to interested parties that meet and, if possible, exceed the expectations of our customers, through disciplined, orderly and well-managed work.
- Make durable products, with a modern and robust industrial and technological design, which guarantees not only the stability of our client portfolio, but also that it increases over time.
- Maintain the organization at the levels of modernity currently required, through the contribution of economic and human resources in research, innovation and the development of technical, infrastructural and scientific methods, of direct application in the general activities of MICROTEST, S.A.
- A properly trained and motivated staff to achieve customer satisfaction in the management of their activities
- The detection and correction of non-conformities, risks and opportunities for improvement, which appear with respect to the commitment acquired with the final client.
- MICROTEST S.A. communicates and ensures that our policy is understood by all Organization staff.
- MICROTEST S.A. makes its policy available to the different interested parties by the appropriate means.
- Maintain good internal communication with suppliers and other interested parties, so that the needs and expectations of all stakeholders are taken into account.

To achieve the Quality objectives, MICROTEST S.A. needs the motivation and awareness of all staff on the importance of compliance with client/buyer requirements, as well as applicable legal and regulatory ones, with management committing to ensure that its Quality policy is understood, applied and kept up to date by all levels of the company, as well as to provide the adequate material and human resources.
